How do I update agent details on the Scottish Landlord Register?

Steps to update my Scottish Landlord Register account with agent details

1. Prepare:
• Scottish Landlord registration number. Check your mailbox. Emails from - landlord.register@notifications.service.gov.uk. Number is similar to "1234567/123/12345
• LARN1906018 - it is Josephs Accommodation Ltd letting agent number
2. Enter https://www.landlordregistrationscotland.gov.uk/ website
3. Click - "Existing Landlords"
4. Select - "I am an individual"
5. Fill in "Access your landlord registration"
• Remember your - Registration number - is similar to "1234567/123/12345"
6. Enter One time passcode (OTP)
• Check your mailbox, and email SLR with number similar to "12345"
7. Now you entered your account
8. Go to "Your rental properties" section.
9. Click - "Add/edit/remove your rental properties"
10. Click - "Edit" next to property you want to update
11. First question - "House in multiple occupation (HMO) licences".
• Most cases it will be "No".
• Click "continue"
12. Second Question - "Is this property currently managed by a letting agent or an agent?"
• Select "Yes"
• Click "continue"
13. "Your letting agent or agent details" section
• Click "Change"
14. Search for your letting agent or agent
• Select "their registration number to find an organisation or an individual"
• Enter "LARN1906018" in "Registration number" form field.
• Click "Search the register"
15. Your letting agent or agent details
• Select "Josephs Accommodations Ltd" from "Select your agent" list
• Click "continue"
16. Select the address to show on the public register
• Select "Your agent's address" for complete peace of mind
• Click "continue"
17. To finish updating, click "Continue" until all sections have been updated.
